Directions for Daily Use
Fill a half gallon glass or stainless steel container with your regular source of water. Pour 1/2 to 1 oz Crystal Harmony into the water. Drink at least 64 ounces of the mixed water every day to see and feel the benefits of this vigorously oxygenated water.
Directions for Intensified Use
Drink 1 to 2 ounces of undiluted (straight) Crystal Harmony first thing in the morning. In a glass or stainless steel container, mix 1 ounce of Crystal Harmony into half gallon of your regular source of water. Consume half gallon of water over the next 8 hours. Before evening meal, again drink 1 to 2 ounces of undiluted (straight) Crystal Harmony. Follow this procedure for 5 to 7 days. From that time on, follow daily use procedure. Return to intensified use as needed.
